Treatments

I offer a variety of different reflexology treatments. To read more about each one, please click the relevant button

Standard Foot Reflexology

Foot Reflexology: Traditional foot reflexology may be used to help support you through an illness, to reduce stress, or to help maintain well being. Each treatment is tailored to the individual and is holistic, working on all the body systems via the reflexes of the feet. Reflexology lymphatic drainage or hormone balancing are often included.

Maternity or Fertility Reflexology

Maternity or Fertility Reflexology: Reflexology can be received throughout pregnancy, and many ladies decide to try treatments just before labour in order to encourage a more natural birth. However, reflexology may also help before this stage by supporting you through any physical or emotional symptoms, such as back pain, constipation, or anxiety. It may also be used to support ladies trying to get pregnant and ladies with postnatal depression and PTSD.

Baby Reflexology

Bring your newborn or baby along for a one-to-one session to ease common complaints such as teething issues, constipation and reflux. You will also be taught how to give a short simple treatment to your baby to help with sleep and bonding. Parent and Baby classes also available - see Classes page for details.

Facial Reflexology

Facial Reflexology: Facial reflexology is a very relaxing, slower, more peaceful treatment. Gentle pressure on the reflexology points on the face is combined with a facial lift massage to relieve tension in the muscles of the face and provide a temporary lift. This is a great way to boost or maintain well being or emotional support.

Hot Stone Reflexology

Hot Stone Reflexology: Hot basalt stones combined with traditional foot reflexology. The heat encourages the tissues of the feet to relax and soften to provide a deeper treatment. This is ideal all year round if you struggle to relax, and is perfect for the colder months.

Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage

Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage: This is an award-winning sequence that has been proven to reduce fluid retention. If you are struggling with excess fluid, I recommend a short course of Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage treatments, each a week apart, to really get things moving. Treatments can then be booked as and when you need them.
